[dropcap]N[/dropcap]ew Providence houses the capital and the largest city of the Bahamas, Nassau. It also houses the famous Paradise Island where visitors can experience one of the top attractions, Atlantis. The first thing you may notice about Nassau is all of the Cruise Ships. Nassau is one of the most popular cruise ship destinations in the world, it is common to see tourists walking around downtown Nassau awaiting their departure. The best way to visit New Providence is to rent a car and drive around the island yourself. There are many hidden gems and high class hotels such as Sandals and Melia. There are also many hidden snorkeling spots to explore such as Athol Island which is right off the east coast of Paradise Island. Access here can be tricky as you will need to get into or be staying at the golf resort that occupies the east side of Paradise Island. Be sure to bring your own buoy as there is a lot of boat traffic between Paradise Island and Athol Island. There is also a very strong current between Paradise and Athol Island that can sweep you away if you’re not careful, if you find yourself stuck the best option is to see if you can get lucky by asking for a ride from one of the locals’ boats. Either way snorkeling off the coast of the Island will be very rewarding as you will be greeted by many fish, beautiful coral life, and if you are lucky sharks. Love Beach is another good spot to snorkel, with another potential spot to see sharks. A visit to Paradise Island cannot be complete without a visit to Atlantis. Atlantis is a high class resort and casino which occupies the majority of the west side of Paradise Island. There is something for everyone at Atlantis, Aquaventure seems to dominate the narrative of Atlantis though. It is home to the famous Leap of Faith attraction which I am sure you may have seen once or twice on Commercial where you slide down a 60-foot slide through a shark filled tank. I work in the emergency room and COVID times significantly affected my mental health. I had awful racing thoughts and a depressive mood. Klonopin does its job well by allowing me to stay calm and concentrated at the same time. You will need to wait some time till weakness goes away and a clear mind and energy will appear. This is how this medication works for me. At the speed that you will be going at though it will be difficult to see any sharks. For a slower and more relaxed looks at the sharks at the Mayan Temple take the Serpent Slide, one of three rides at Aquaventure that require inner-tubes. There are even slides for the little ones available too. In addition, there are about 4 different pools and 2 different beaches to explore at Atlantis. Access to Aquaventure is included in your hotel stay for an extra 50 dollars, or if you are non-guest the price is $150. In my opinion the price is a little steep for what you are getting access to. If you have access to a rental car during your time in New Providence don’t limit yourself to just exploring Paradise Island, a nice drive around the island will reward you with interesting locales and beaches such as Love Beach, another great snorkeling location. There also the Caves of New Providence Bahamas to explore. Golf Enthusiasts will also enjoy the island as it is home to many top class golf resorts with some of the best beaches.
